Promotion of Science Education (POSE) Scholarship Scheme: Promotion of Science Education (POSE) Scholarship Scheme 2022-23 is an initiative of the Haryana State Council for Science and Technology, Government of Haryana to financially help students who have passed Class 10 and 12 Board examinations from a school situated in Haryana. The main aim of this scheme is to encourage meritorious students toward science education and to support them in the continuation of their science education up to a higher level. The scholarship will be awarded to meritorious students to pursue higher studies in Basic & Natural Science subjects i.e. B.Sc./ B.S./ B. • Candidates must have passed Class 10 and 12 board examination from a school situated in Haryana
• Candidates must have taken admission in the first year during the year 2022 in Basic and Natural science subjects in B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math/ Integrated M.Sc./ M.S. or any of the following subjects:

  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Statistics
  • Geology
  • Astrophysics
  • Astronomy
  • Electronics

  • Zoology
  • Biochemistry

Promotion of Science Education (POSE) Scholarship Amount

The selected candidates pursuing B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math/ Integrated M.Sc./ M.S. degree (1st to 3rd year) will receive Rs.4,000 per month and others who are pursuing Integrated B.S./ B.Stat/ B.Math/ M.Sc./M.S./ M.Math./ M.Stat. degree (4th to 5th year) will receive Rs.6,000 per month.

Promotion of Science Education (POSE) Scholarship Documents Required

• Signature of the applicant
• Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card
• Photograph of the applicant
• Certificate of Class 10
• Certificate of Class 12
• Enrollment certificate from Head/Principal/Director/Registrar of the college/university/institute
• Rural area school certificate of Class 11 and 12 (if claiming for 3% additional weightage)
